If you’re considering writing a memoir, this presentation is a great first step! Whether you’re planning an essay, poem, or book, you’ll receive ideas & instruction from author Jim Potter. He’ll share examples from his police memoir, Cop in the Classroom, & offer writer prompts & tips to get your creative juices flowing!
If you’d like to learn about memoir writing, then be sure and attend this meeting in Classroom #10 (downstairs) at Hutchinson Community College’s Student Union, 1400 N. Plum. An elevator is available and is located to the right of the main entrance. Meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Bring a friend. (KAC members are invited to have their books for sale at the book table.)
